“If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples; and this is my prayer: that your love may abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight, so that you may be able to discern what is best and may be pure and blameless until the day of Christ and by this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.”
John 8:31, Philippians 1:9-10, John 13:35
“To deal with minds is the greatest work ever committed to men. We are woven together in the great web of humanity, and whatever we can do to benefit and uplift others will reflect in blessings upon ourselves.”
Who are Pure Mentors?
Pure Mentors are volunteers from your local area who are at least 25 years old and are dedicated to serving as a part of a support and accountability structure for our youth. Pure Mentors commit themselves to making a difference in the lives of our youth, through relationship building, therefore the relationship between the youth and the adult will be one of mutual respect.
Pure Mentors play a key role in providing discipleship thereby, fostering spiritual development for the youth that they are assigned to during and after weekend retreats. Pure Mentors abide by a code of ethics and are governed and held accountable by Mentor Leaders. Mentor ratio is typically 4 youth to 1 mentor. Pure Mentors go through background checks and receive ongoing training and participate in prayer bands for our youth.
Pure Mentors are taught how to appropriately use their life experiences from a personal, professional and spiritual perspective to provide a listening ear and advise for youth. Christian mentorship is an essential key for navigating our youth to see who Jesus really is so they can experience the gift of salvation.
The enrollment code is pure101.
Your certificate must be emailed to the mentor coordinators.
